Additional Charges:
Due to the size of most designer Hats and International Rate Surcharges,an additional $30 may be charged to ship Hats with suits.

POLICIES
Order Processing:
In-Stock orders will typically be shipped within one business day of order processing.
If we can ship it out the same day, we will.
Out of Stock orders will typically take less than 5 days for us to acquire the item from the Manufacturer, and
will ship out to you the same day that we receive it.
In the event that an item is no longer available, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping Damages:
Shipping damages must be claimed within 15 days from delivery date of merchandise. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges of returned item. You may return any DAMAGED ITEM for an exchange with the tags attached in the original condition. We recommend you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns.
Returns:
We reserve the right to deny any request for exchange or store credit for a returned item.
All returns or exchanges will be charged a 30% restocking fee and a store credit will be issued for the balance.
Please contact Church-Suit.com by phone (615-672-4454) within 48 hours of receipt of item before attempting to return an item.
Church-Suit.com will issue an RMA # which must be placed on the outside of any returned item packaging.
Items returned without contacting Church-Suit.com within 48 hours of receipt, without an RMA #, or returned after 15 days from delivery date will NOT qualify for any refund.
Any items returned must include the original tags, and packaging.
Items returned must be in new, un-worn condition - items returned that smell of perfume, smoke, etc will NOT qualify for any refund.
We do not issue direct refunds - if an item is returned for any reason - a store credit, less restocking fees, will be issued. Store Credits must be used within 60 days.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges of returned item.
Please check the Size Charts to be sure of your size before ordering. Exchanges/Refunds will not be permitted for ordering a size that does not fit you.
If a box is returned for reasons such as "Not Deliverable" in three attempts and so on, we can re-ship the item to you for an additional shipping charge.
Restocking:
If you choose not to accept an order you have placed, we will restock the merchandise and charge a restocking fee of 30% of the amount of order, plus all the freight charges and fees.
Further purchases from our store will not be permitted until the restocking fee is paid.
Cancellations:
All Order Cancellations made after 24 hours from the time you placed your order are subject to a $20 per item cancellation charge. The remainder will be refunded promptly.
Miscellaneous:
We are not responsible for dry cleaning damages.
